The hotel's location was fantastic, right on top of Dam Square. The rooms, although deceiving from the pictures, turned out to be lovely, large, and spacious. The service was friendly, super helpful, and efficiently managed all our needs, from fetching an umbrella to arranging car service. The dining experience was bountiful and delicious, set in a large, beautiful room. Overall, a great spot for a central stay.
